At the Greicius Lab, Neurology and Neurological Sciences department, Stanford University, I will investigate long-read genetic sequencing data to evaluate risk factors in developing Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

Postdoctoral Researcher

October 2020 - July 2022

At the Groupe d'Imagerie Neurofonctionnelle (GIN), Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), I investigated the nonlinear embedding of stroke white matter damage. I developed a web application to predict long-term neuropsychological deficits and was supervised by Prof. Michel Thiebaut de Schotten. One paper is accepted for publication, and one is under revision.

At the Functional and Molecular Neuroimaging unit, Bellaria Hospital (Bologna University), I investigated neurometabolic MRI and genetic-clinical correlations in mtDNA mutation pathologies, with supervisor Prof. Caterina Tonon. Publication of seven scientific papers (genetics, neuroimaging, and neurodegeneration).
